Recruiting agency Recruit Alliance provides the following services for the Applicants:

  • Entry of resume into the database of the recruiting agency Recruit Alliance.
  • Preparation and consultation concerning interview with the employer (only for the open positions).
  • Information about the open vacancy.
  • Accompaniment during the probation period at the company.
  • Professional resumes drawing up.

Work order with the Applicants

  1. Managers of the recruiting agency look attentively through each received resume; afterwards it goes to the database.
  2. After making sure on the phone that your experience really corresponds to the employer's requirements, the manager will invite you to the interview.
  3. In case of conformity of your professional experience and personal peculiarities with the employer's requirements, you will be sent to the employer's company.

Recruit Alliance provides the services of rendering the assistance, but does not guarantee the employment. The Agency provides the services concerning Applicants' search and selection, basing on the sharply defined criteria and requirements of the Applicant from the part of the Company-Employer, that is why the recruiting company works only with the open vacancies and independently invites you to the interview if your professional skills meet the requirements of the certain vacancy.

Principles of work with the Applicants:

  1. All the services for the Applicants are free of charge.
  2. The complete information about candidature of the Applicant is provided to the company only upon his consent.
  3. During the whole process of the work with the Applicant, the employees of the Agency try to render the highest possible assistance and support.
  4. Recruit Alliance keeps the full confidentiality of cooperation on each stage of the work with the Applicant.
  5. If during the work the Applicant accepts an offer from the Employer upon the Agency's recommendation, the last does not give the proposals from other Employers, except for the cases when the Applicant applies to the Agency by himself, informing the Employer preliminary.
